Do you know how to haggle?

There’s an advert on TV at the moment where we’re reminded again of the reluctance to haggle that’s allegedly inherent in the British psyche. It’s not exclusive the Brits, plenty of people feel uncomfortable haggling. There are certain retail situations in which haggling is expected and buying a new car is one of them.
